Who Coaches Talk To In Headsets

Women working

I decided to write this post because you sympathize with the aims of the campaign.
I often hear my colleagues complain about the lack of protection and obstacles on the path to the career of a woman. CGIL in particular with this campaign wants to denounce the practice (unfairly) to dwell in the talks especially on issues that should be personal, rather than on skills or previous experience. "Are you married? Would you like a family? Expect to do about the children?" are the most common questions that women around thirty have been asked, unable to formulate a "correct" answer because it would be the only acceptable "are not your own business."

My Phlegm Tastes Bad When I Cough

Are you a Social surfer? - SMW Rome

This morning I attended an event for Social Media Week, entitled Are you a Social Surfer? Tools and strategies to find himself and find work , conceived and promoted by Job Meeting, Setter RS, Viadeo.

The meeting would take stock of the situation on the new possibilities offered by the web for job seekers and give advice on how best to exploit the online visibility.

Among the guests were Francis Barbarani of Fox Networks, Stefano Casarella BNL BNP Paribas Group, Vodafone and Paul Inga Massimo Visconti, Professor at La Sapienza and consultant.

Apart from the fact that I always find it useful and stimulating to meet with leading figures of major companies and well known as those I just mentioned, the event was not just like I expected. I was thinking and practical advice and guidance at a high level, and what I found was a kind of meeting between students and graduates, and some company that wanted to look good with the "talent" (today it is much cooler to call it that).
Not to mention the answers to the (few) questions asked by the public: a girl who was considered too competent in his field and for that reason can not find work (?) has been given a vague instruction to get busy, while a boy who asked, quite frightened, as do companies respond and protect themselves from the comments of consumers on the internet it responded by producing a kind of manual intervention that provides a response within 48 hours ...

Well perhaps I've chosen the wrong event, but I expected a greater degree of specialization and an audience who knew what at least Xing!
