I finally confirmed the ruling of the Regional Tax Commission of Ancona for the appeal submitted by the Revenue di Jesi from the year 2000 and supported the tax 23/09/2008 .
My reason was understood even by this committee which, on 28/06/2009 ruled and reiterated that the reasons given by me in previous Provincial Committee, are substantially relevant and explicit, and then gives me absolutely right.
